Your Impact at Porter
Porter is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to help us scale our growth and deepen our impact. You will be a key member of the marketing team, responsible for developing and executing strategies that engage healthcare plan members and foster strong client relationships. Your work will help drive utilization of our services, improve satisfaction, and elevate our brand across multiple channels.
Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Support the development and implementation of member engagement strategies aimed at improving service utilization and satisfaction
- Execute marketing initiatives across digital, email, social media, and print channels with precision and attention to detail
- Coordinate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and consistency in member-facing communications
- Assist in tracking performance data to help optimize marketing campaigns and engagement efforts
- Help maintain the member voice across content and materials by managing updates, reviewing messaging, and supporting content delivery
- Contribute to the creation of case studies, testimonials, and other marketing assets that highlight the impact of Porter’s work
Qualifications That Are Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing or member engagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities
- Data-driven mindset and experience analyzing campaign performance
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications That Are Preferred
- Prior experience in healthcare, IT, or service platforms
- Understanding of healthcare IT solutions and engagement best practices
- Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance regulations
- Creative thinker with a passion for healthcare innovation and improved outcomes
