Founded in the Research Triangle, our cloud-based Order Management System automates eCommerce omnichannel operations, helping companies—from startups to Fortune 500—create comprehensive fulfillment networks, control inventory everywhere, simplify supply chain logistics, minimize expenses, and scale seamlessly across retail distribution and transportation. Join our collaborative, expertise-driven team in a fast-paced environment to make a tangible impact on the future of digital retail.
Our Culture:
We're fast-moving, energetic, communicative, honest, and fun, with a customer-first approach at our core. We hire T-shaped people with a growth mindset who care deeply about our products and bring ideas to the table. Cultural fit is as important as skills—we value perseverance, dedication, a good heart, and viewing failure as an opportunity to improve. We believe in lean startup principles, where "perfect" doesn't hinder "good enough," and we prioritize minimum viable products while thinking from the customer's perspective to remove roadblocks.
Job Overview:
We're looking for an enthusiastic entry-level Associate Growth Hacker to support outbound marketing efforts for our eCommerce SaaS product. This hands-on role focuses on executing growth strategies, leveraging technical tools for lead generation, and incorporating AI to enhance campaigns. You'll work closely with the product and marketing teams to drive user acquisition through practical, data-driven tactics. Ideal for someone early in their career with a knack for technical marketing and a passion for experimentation in outbound channels. You'll help identify, experiment, and implement improvements that drive growth, adoption, engagement, and retention in our B2B growth marketing team.
Our Ideal Candidate:
You're on the clever side, staying positive, motivated, organized, and focused under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Self-driven with a startup mindset, you're entrepreneurial, willing to wear many hats, take risks, try new strategies, and grow with the company. You don't need micromanagement, contribute ideas, and approach decisions thoughtfully. A data-geek at heart, you're performance-oriented, curious, creative, relentless in pursuing growth, and see failure as a chance to iterate. You think deeply about customer roadblocks in product discovery and traction, with a good heart that aligns with our values. Background in the eCommerce industry with experience in multichannel sales, dropshipping, and omnichannel retail would be great.
