About the Role:
- Serve as the lead on client projects, managing day-to-day activities and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to conduct complex analyses and translate findings into actionable insights for clients.
- Partner effectively with clients, client managers, and team members to drive project success and long-term impact.
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives, including developing intellectual capital, thought leadership, and internal systems and processes.
- Support the growth and development of consulting talent and resources through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:
- 1-6 years' direct previous experience in Executive Compensation, including board stewardship, talent strategies, benchmarking, pay programs, stock initiatives, equity pay etc.
- Must be based or willing to relocate to either LA or NYC.
