We're partnering with a well-capitalized, high-growth U.S. real estate private equity firm to hire a Development Analyst to support acquisitions, ground-up development, and recapitalization of multifamily assets across the country — with a core focus on affordable and workforce housing.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a true cradle-to-grave development seat, supporting underwriting, due diligence, capital markets execution, and delivery — alongside senior investment, construction, and asset leaders.
Who we're looking for:
• 1–2+ years in real estate development, investing, or ideally real estate investment banking
• Strong financial modeling skills and analytical rigor
• Exposure to multifamily and/or affordable housing capital stacks is a significant plus
• High ownership mindset, intellectually curious, execution-driven
• Desire to build a long-term career in real estate development
What you'll be doing:
• Underwriting new acquisitions and development opportunities across debt, equity & subsidy capital stacks
• Supporting deal execution including lenders, investors, municipalities, counsel, and capital partners
• Managing due diligence, market research, and investment committee materials
• Assisting in structuring and financing efforts across LIHTC, tax-exempt bonds, and affordable housing programs
• Supporting construction, entitlement, and capitalization workstreams on new and existing assets
