But this is about more than fielding demos and booking calls. This is for the BDR who thinks like a deal-maker. Someone who wants to shape pipeline strategy, build commercial relationships inside target accounts, and partner with AEs and Marketing to drive enterprise momentum.
You’ll work as part of a tight GTM unit, focusing not just on speed-to-lead but on depth of engagement, intelligent targeting, and getting inside the head of our buyers.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Qualify and convert high-quality inbound leads across North America
- Partner closely with AEs on account-based campaigns to engage high-value targets
- Form relationships with decision-makers in product, engineering, and data functions
- Run crisp discovery, uncover urgency, and build alignment with real business pain
- Work alongside Marketing to influence messaging, campaign focus, and lead scoring
- Contribute to pipeline hygiene, CRM usage, and insights into GTM performance
- Help us scale a predictable top-of-funnel motion as we grow from Series A through the stages as we become the go-to solution in this space

- BDR/SDR roles at high-growth SaaS companies (Series A-C)
- Tools like Amplitude, PostHog, dbt Labs, LaunchDarkly, Vercel, Retool, Snowflake
- Selling into product, engineering, or data science teams
- Familiar with ABM-style GTM plays - and excited to double down
