Job Overview
Elias Construction is seeking a highly skilled and relationship-driven Project Consultant to join our growing Cabinetry Division. This is a client-facing role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise in cabinetry and a strong passion for building and nurturing client relationships.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of cabinet design, fabrication, and installation, while also being proactive in community engagement and business development. In addition to guiding clients through the design and selection process, this role will support our internal teams—shop staff and installers—ensuring seamless project execution from concept to completion.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- 5+ years of cabinetry fabrication experience
- 5+ years of CAD design experience
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a design-build or construction-related industry
- Proven experience in project management and coordination within the construction or remodeling sector
- Solid understanding of construction contracts and related documentation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
