About the Role
Aphrodite Aesthetics & Wellness is growing rapidly, and we’re hiring an in-house marketing specialist who can create real, measurable results ....not just pretty posts.
Your mission:
Bring new patients into the clinic through high-quality marketing campaigns, content, and paid ads.
Help keep existing patients engaged and returning.
This role blends creativity + marketing execution + performance tracking, and is ideal for someone who wants to make a visible impact on a fast-growing med spa.
Position Type
- Part-time, 20 hours/week
- In-office only for first 90 days (Mon–Fri, 8am–12pm schedule)
- Hybrid flexibility may be available after the first 90 days based on performance
What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)Content & Social Media (Weekly)
- Film and create short-form video content in the clinic
- Produce 3 high-quality posts per week (IG & TikTok)
- Post stories 3–5 days per week
- Capture office moments, staff content, and before/after assets
- Write captions and basic ad copy (with Owner collaboration)
Paid Advertising (Ongoing)
- Run and manage:
- Meta (FB/IG) ads
- Google Search ads
- Google Display/Retargeting ads
- TikTok ads
- Install and maintain tracking (UTMs, pixels)
- Optimize campaigns for CAC efficiency
- Report monthly on performance metrics
Campaigns & Promotions
- Execute monthly clinic offers
- Support special events and super-sale days
- Create SMS + email campaigns (bi-monthly)
Lead & Funnel Support
- Respond to comments and DMs
- Warm up leads and hand off ready-to-book patients to front desk
- Track leads → consults → treatments
- Maintain simple CRM workflows
Creative Direction
- Plan monthly photoshoots for staff and services
- Create simple storyboard ideas for campaigns
- Help maintain an organized content library in Google Drive
Reporting
- Deliver a monthly KPI report including:
- New patient consults
- CAC
- Revenue growth percentage
- Ad performance
- Best-performing content
- Meet monthly with Owner for strategy updates & campaign planning

Compensation
Up to $42/hr (base pay + performance bonuses)
- Base pay: $17/hr
- Performance bonuses tied to:
- New patient consults
- Marketing funnel performance
- Customer acquisition cost (CAC) efficiency
- Monthly revenue growth
- Most team members in this role earn the equivalent of $25–$35/hr, with top performers reaching $42/hr total compensation.
