We are looking for new hires with anywhere from zero experience to fully trained representatives. The less you know about sales the more we get to teach you our process the right way. Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning sales and a strong ability to connect with customers. This role involves engaging with customers, reading a script, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The Sales Professional will also be responsible for maintaining stock levels and assisting in various operational tasks within the office.
We will teach 100% of what you need to do to be able to make 5k-15k a month with zero experience. To make more than this you will need to gain experience here. We have multiple young sales professionals with zero experience that create over 6 figures for themselves.
Please have the willingness to learn and work hard, the rest will happen on its own.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations via reading a script.
- Be willing to talk to people on the phone and learn our sales process, start to finish.
- Be able to use a computer, Excel and phone system as well as Email will be used. - You do not need to be proficient, we will teach you.
- As you grow and learn our operations you may be asked to supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed to enhance team performance.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist in sales reporting.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Customer Service is preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic math principles to manage transactions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Experience in supervising or mentoring team members is a plus. (not necessary)
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence is highly valued.
- Work ethic is valued above all else.
