Manufacturing Process Engineer
Responsibilities include:
- Instrumental in new equipment installation and designing process procedures
- Create work instructions and implement standardizations into the manufacturing process
- Perform root cause analysis to identify problems, develop permanent solutions, and implement corrective actions
- Apply Lean Manufacturing methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop metrics and KPI to track production goals
- Design process flow and develop line layouts / work-station set-up for maximum output, safety, quality, and ergonomics
- Identify areas of improvement and lead continuous improvement projects to upgrade metrics
- Perform time studies and develop production trials to determine production capabilities and identify areas of improvements
Requirements include
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Manufacturing experience
- Proven problem solver
- Experience optimizing manufacturing processes
