Analyst/assistant to research land throughout Florida (we provide full training). Basic duties include creating flyers, e-marketing, and cataloging Real Estate-related data. Great opportunity for students majoring in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate – especially Real Estate. Candidate musts:
- Strong with MS Word and Excel
- Good wordsmithing, keyboarding, math, and telephone skills
- Clear phone voice

Average 24 hours per week $15 per hour ($120 per day) with potential bonus for measurable results. Job is a great resume-builder for any college intern program but even better for future, near-certain, 6-digit Commercial Real Estate career. No sales involved, no RE license needed, but you must love to research and be willing to get your RE license if invited to stay past 12 months.
