Role responsibilities:

Sales Planning and review: Create business unit specific sales plan
Customer Prospecting, working on large deals
Opportunity identification and qualification
Proposal development, Negotiation, Closure
Account Planning & Review: Review account specific plans to ensure planned growth for the business unit (revenue/margin/utilization) so as to grow the account as per plan
Account Mining, operations
Relationship management
People Management

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 16+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
Significant business development and project management experience, large deal sales experience
Track record of interacting and building relationship with C-level client contacts
Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
