Overview
We are seeking a Retail Marketing Associate to support customer engagement and promotional activities inside partnered retail locations. This role involves speaking with customers, sharing information about available products and services, and assisting with enrollment. Training is provided, and candidates who enjoy working with people and learning new skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with customers inside retail stores.
- Provide clear information about products, services, and current promotions.
- Assist customers in identifying solutions that fit their needs.
- Support customers through the enrollment or sign-up process.
- Maintain an organized and professional workspace.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional details.
- Record customer interactions and follow company reporting procedures.
- Work with team members and supervisors to support daily goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Professional, reliable, and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Interest in marketing, customer engagement, or retail support.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends as needed.

Schedule
