We provide very efficient data for the sales team to have the opportunity to earn new clients' business.
We are seeking dedicated and motivated sales associates. Experience in the cash advance space is mandatory but we provide plenty of training. Work environment is fast paced and stimulating.
We are continuously training the current sales team and giving them more opportunities to increase their sales volume, along with their knowledge of the industry.
Qualifications
- Experience in merchant cash advance.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Familiarity with financial applications is a plus.
- Basic math skills are essential for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Duties
- Process funding and assist customers with their financial service needs for their businesses.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize financial software to manage transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct basic underwriting of files.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance the customer experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
