We are a crypto proprietary trading firm HyroTrader, focused on disciplined risk management and trader evaluation. We are hiring for a junior US-based role that may evolve into one of several paths depending on the candidate’s strengths:
- Trading-focused role
- Trading analyst / performance reviewer
- Business development or partner-facing role
- Trader education / community support
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a Private Performance Evaluation Forum in Miami, where trading behavior, risk discipline, and decision-making are reviewed.
This is not a guaranteed trading seat or funding offer.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have 1–3+ years of trading experience (crypto preferred)
- Understand and can explain risk per trade and drawdown control
- Are comfortable with direct feedback and evaluation
- Can communicate clearly and professionally
- Are open to wearing multiple hats (trading, analysis, BD, education)
Profitability is a plus, but discipline matters more than PnL.
