We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical accounting & finance professional to oversee the financial operations of our practice.
This role combines accounting, bookkeeping, payroll processing, collections, and reporting. You will manage internal processes, accounting systems and financial reporting.
This position is perfect for someone who is proficient in spreadsheets, thrives on clean data, sees patterns in numbers, and can anticipate financial issues before they arise. You will play a key part in ensuring the practice runs smoothly, efficiently, and with high financial transparency.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations
- Handle daily, weekly, and monthly bookkeeping tasks with precision
- Run payroll accurately and on schedule
- Collect and post patient payments daily (in-person and digital transactions)
- Perform weekly and monthly reconciliation of patient collections
- Perform weekly and monthly reconciliation of expenses for all office use orders, patient related orders and vendor accounts (labs, specialty tests, etc)
- Monitor and maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Ensure all financial transactions are categorized.
Reporting & Data Management
- Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reports
- Create dashboards, spreadsheet trackers, and financial models to support leadership
- Identify revenue trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Assist in budget tracking and forecasting using practice metrics
- Prepare organized, easy-to-understand summaries for senior leadership
Systems & Process Ownership
- Manage financial systems, bookkeeping tools, and payment platforms
- Evaluate current systems and recommend improvements
- Create new systems, workflows, and reporting structures when needed
- Maintain internal documentation for operational and financial procedures
Administrative Operations
- Order and track office and clinical supplies
- Update vendor pricing and internal pricing on a semi annual basis
- Support the team by helping organize financial data and ensuring compliance across departments
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, revenue operations, or financial administration
- Spreadsheet-driven: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skillsMust love numbers, organization, and building systems
- Exceptional attention to detail; errors are rare and taken seriously
- Comfortable owning a department independently
- Ability to anticipate revenue issues, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain clean books
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain financial data clearly

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
