A high-growth, global fintech is searching for an experienced leader to take charge of financial crime operations in the US. This is your opportunity to shape AML investigations, SAR reporting, and compliance strategy at scale - all while driving innovation in how money moves across borders.

What you'll be doing

Leading and developing high-performing teams focused on AML investigations and SAR reporting, with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Setting clear operational goals, tracking performance, and ensuring alignment with US regulatory requirements.
Acting as the key bridge between operational teams, senior leadership, and regulatory stakeholders.

What we're looking for

5+ years in AML or financial crime compliance, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of US AML regulations (BSA, USA Patriot Act) and investigative best practices.
Proven track record building and scaling operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
