Key Responsibilities of the Team Member Trainee
- Promote wireless plans and bundled service options through structured outreach and localized activation efforts targeting eligible communities.
- Translate service features, pricing tiers, and eligibility criteria into clear, actionable enrollment choices.
- Support account setup by validating documentation, confirming service availability, and coordinating activation timelines across service tiers.
- Maintain CRM systems with detailed logs of outreach activity, service milestones, and account preferences to support retention and reporting.
- Address service inquiries across digital and phone-based channels with clarity, accuracy, and campaign-aligned messaging.
- Monitor feedback and usage patterns to identify upsell opportunities and recommend service enhancements that match evolving needs.
Minimum Qualifications of the Team Member Trainee
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in marketing, communications, or business preferred to support sales outreach and campaign delivery.
- Experience in sales, enrollment, or activation—especially within telecom, nonprofit, or subscription-based service environments.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to simplify wireless sales plan features and guide individuals through enrollment options.
- Proficient in CRM platforms and digital tools for logging data, tracking service milestones, and supporting campaign workflows.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and focused on connecting eligible users to reliable wireless and bundled sales service solutions.

Pay: $48,299.00 - $58,166.53 per year
