Shells Only, Long Island's premier construction company is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, high-end designer who works well in a team setting and who thrives well under pressure. We are a design company with a friendly atmosphere, featuring top national brands and a state-of-the-art designer showroom. We're looking for a team player who's hardworking and dedicated to growing with us. Preference will be given to those with proven experience in custom kitchen design background.
Kitchen Designer and Sales responsibilities and duties:
- Proficiency in 2020/Design Flex design software program A MUST
- Designing kitchens and baths from rough dimensions
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen and bath industry trends
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on details
- Ability to communicate with clients effectively, manage their expectations and lead them to make design decisions in a timely manner
- Product knowledge is a must
- Must be able to work in our showroom assisting clients
- 2 years or more sales experience a massive plus.
Kitchen Designer and Sales qualifications and skills:
- Energetic, with a strong focus on customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,600.00 - $62,000.00 per year
