Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Estimator to support major civil and utility construction projects. In this role, you’ll handle full-cycle estimating, interpret plans and specs, coordinate with subcontractors, and partner closely with project teams from bid through closeout. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate estimates and timely bids
- Review plans, specs, and manage subcontractor/supplier coordination
- Assist with basic project management duties (contracts, submittals, scheduling, procurement)
- Work with PMs and field teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Support project setup, change orders, and cost-effective execution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
