Stonemill Partners is one of the most active M&A advisory firms in the A/E/C industry, and we’re hiring a Financial Analyst / Junior Associate to join our Advisory Pod.
What You’ll Do
- Build financial models + valuation analyses
- Support CIMs, teasers, and deal materials
- Analyze firm performance (backlog, margins, utilization, revenue mix)
- Join client + buyer calls; track follow-ups + action items
- Assist in diligence, data room management, and buyer research
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
- Strong Excel + analytical skills
- Clear communicator who likes ownership, accuracy, and moving deals forward
- Interest in M&A, private equity, or A/E/C industries
