About the Role: Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer
We are actively seeking motivated individuals for Entry-Level and Mid-Level full-time Quality Assurance (QA) positions. Responsibilities focus on the design and execution of test plans, manual and automated testing, defect tracking, and collaborating with development teams to ensure the reliability and functionality of enterprise applications before release.
Qualifications
- Education: Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a similar quantitative discipline (Required).
- Experience: Possess 0-5 years of relevant work experience or dedicated project experience in software testing, system validation, or software development.
- Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) is required.
- Experience with SQL for backend database validation.
- Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium) and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and Version Control (Git).
- Certifications: ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) or similar certification is a strong plus.
