Role Description

We’re looking for a Marketing & Brand Partnerships Associate (part-time to full-time) to support brand growth and cultural partnerships across key U.S. markets. This is an opportunity to work directly with the founding team and contribute meaningfully to a high-bar, early-stage brand. You'll help shape how The Swift Club shows up in culture — through partnerships, creators, and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

Support the development of partnerships and collaborations with aligned creators, local tastemakers, and cultural communities
Assist in identifying growth and brand opportunities across social, experiential, and paid channels
Contribute to content strategy, campaign planning, and editorial writing
Support research and outreach with creators and influencers
Collaborate on creative concepting for UGC and full funnel advertisements (TikToks, Reels, story formats, etc.)
Help brainstorm and test new storytelling angles across digital campaigns
Track outreach, campaign performance, and marketing KPIs

Ideal Candidate

Passionate about marketing, digital media, and brand development
Organized, self-motivated, and eager to contribute ideas in a dynamic environment
Strong communicator with a refined sense of taste and attention to detail
Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and Social Media as a whole
Has a strong understanding of Greek life culture, especially sorority communities
Recent graduate interested in brand, media, or communications
Must be based in the United States
