This role combines kitchen and bath product sales with light design support, working closely with homeowners, builders, and designers to bring beautiful, functional spaces to life. You’ll help clients select cabinetry, finishes, hardware, and layout solutions while building long-term trade relationships. What You’ll Do
- Drive outside sales to builders and designers, generating new opportunities for our Kitchen & Bath department
- Guide customers through cabinetry, finish, and hardware selections for kitchens and baths
- Create estimates, pricing, and product proposals for trade partners
- Support showroom walk-ins, scheduled appointments, and ongoing builder/designer relationships (part-time showroom coverage)
- Assist with basic space planning and layout recommendations
- Contribute to design renderings or layouts as needed (depending on experience)
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage orders, lead times, and project expectations
What We’re Looking For
- Showroom or product sales experience preferred (cabinetry, interiors, or building materials)
- Confidence advising clients on design choices, materials, and finishes
- Experience with SketchUp or 20/20 design software
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- A balanced mindset that values both sales performance and design-driven service
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
