Field Marketing Specialist
Location: Summerville, SC (On-site)
Job Description: Augusta Lawn Care is looking for a motivated, reliable, and physically active individual to join our team as a Field Marketing Technician. This is a Brand Awareness position focused on distributing company literature to potential customers in targeted Summerville neighborhoods.
This is NOT a sales position. There is no requirement to knock on doors or engage with residents. Your primary goal is the efficient and professional placement of door hangers.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $100 per 500 door hangers distributed.
- Schedule: Flexible hours, Monday through Friday. Preferred window is 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
The Role
- Navigate specific target neighborhoods and focus areas provided by management.
- Place door hangers on front doors only.
- Strict Adherence to Rules: You must respect "No Soliciting" signs on specific properties.
- Federal Law: You must NEVER place literature in or on mailboxes.
- Route Tracking: You are required to use the "Map My Walk" app (or similar) on your mobile device to track your route.
- Verification: At the end of each shift, you must present your tracked route on your phone to management for verification.

- Physical Stamina: Must be capable of walking 5 to 10 miles per day.
- Equipment: Must have a mobile device capable of running GPS tracking apps.
- Transportation: You are responsible for your own transportation to neighborhoods. The use of a personal scooter or bicycle is authorized and encouraged!
- Conduct: Professional appearance and personal conduct are strictly required. You are the face of the brand!
- Professionalism: You must use driveways and sidewalks; do not walk through manicured landscaping or flower beds.
