Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Utilize SEO tools and perform keyword research to optimize website content for search engines and improve organic rankings.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other PPC platforms to maximize ROI.
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design tools.
- Maintain and update content management systems such as WordPress to ensure website accuracy and freshness.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques to improve user experience and increase lead generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on B2B marketing initiatives and e-commerce projects.
- Assist in marketing automation efforts to streamline workflows and nurture leads effectively.
- Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEM, performance marketing, and analytics to recommend innovative approaches.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media management, content creation, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs; proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Ads is essential.
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML/CSS basics, JavaScript, SQL is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to develop compelling copywriting for diverse audiences across multiple channels.
- Experience managing social media platforms including Facebook Advertising campaigns; familiarity with marketing automation tools is desirable.
- Knowledge of performance marketing strategies aimed at increasing conversions and ROI in e-commerce or B2B contexts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
