Ecksand is a rapidly growing fine jewelry Maison redefining the industry with sustainably handcrafted engagement rings and fine jewelry made using solid gold of 100% recycled origin, sustainable platinum, and ethically sourced natural and lab-grown diamonds and gemstones.
Crafted in our Montreal atelier, each piece is designed with sustainability, craftsmanship, and transparency at its core.
As we expand into the United States, we are opening our Ecksand U.S. HQ in Los Angeles and are looking for a dedicated U.S. Sales Associate to become one of the first team members on the ground. This is a unique opportunity to grow with a purpose-driven brand and help us shape our client experience in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Experience & Sales
- Greet and host clients in our Los Angeles showroom
- Assist customers with jewelry sales, styling questions, and product recommendations
- Follow up on client orders and ensure exceptional after-sales service
- Respond to customer requests from our website, email, and phone
- Showroom & Studio Support
- Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated showroom environment
- Assist stylists and partners who come to pick up jewelry
- Manage basic office tasks (answering calls, ordering supplies, maintaining inventory)
- Logistics & Fulfillment
- Prepare packaging for client orders
- Create FedEx shipping and return labels (domestic and international)
- Ship and receive packages, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support U.S. order fulfillment and distribution processes
- Operational Support
- Coordinate with the Montreal HQ to ensure seamless communication
- Help support day-to-day operations as we grow our U.S. presence.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience in fine jewelry customer service/sales required
- Training will be provided for Fedex; familiarity with international shipping processes is an asset
- Ability to work quickly and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic, evolving environment
- Friendly, polished communication skills—written and spoken
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote HQ team
- Proficient with Excel, Word, and Google Docs
- French language skills a plus
- Available to work weekends when needed We are looking for determined, self-motivated candidates who want to grow with us.

- Full-time position On-site with no option of remote work in Los Angeles, California
- Compensation is base salary plus commission and eligible bonuses.
