The Opportunity
We’re seeking a driven Strategic Account Executive to expand our footprint across national and regional B2B packaging accounts. This role combines relationship-driven selling with strategic outbound outreach — reengaging dormant customers, pursuing high-value inbound opportunities, and developing long-term partnerships with key accounts.
You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to pricing, proposal, and closing — while building and executing account strategies that drive sustained growth. Success in this role comes from your ability to think strategically, strengthen relationships, and create revenue opportunities across your assigned market.

Success in Year One
- 90 Days: Complete onboarding, develop a deep understanding of the packaging product portfolio and customer base, begin reactivating dormant and mid-tier accounts, and map national and regional growth opportunities.
- 180 Days: Consistently acquire new high-value national and regional packaging customers (defined as clients with recurring packaging needs and annual revenue potential of $20,000+) through strategic outreach, targeted follow-ups, and consultative selling. Begin developing multi-level relationships within key accounts.
- 365 Days: Achieve strong revenue performance by expanding a portfolio of national and regional accounts. Demonstrate measurable account growth, cross-selling success, and consistent acquisition of 4–5 new high-value customers per month. Conduct quarterly account reviews to identify new opportunities, strengthen retention, and drive continuous improvement.

Compensation includes base pay of 65-75K annually PLUS commission
