What You’ll Be Doing
- Recruiting for sales and customer-facing roles across the U.S.
- Owning the full hiring cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of high-performing sales candidates
- Posting jobs, headhunting on LinkedIn, and using creative sourcing strategies
- Partnering closely with hiring managers on urgent and ongoing hiring needs
- Delivering a smooth, positive candidate experience
- Sharing weekly updates on pipelines, interviews, and hires
What We’re Looking For
- You currently live in the United States (required)
- 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally in:
o Sales
o Call centers
o Telecommunications
o High-volume hiring
- Strong understanding of the U.S. job market
- Experience hiring across multiple states.
- Great communicator, excellent interviewer, and highly organized
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Confident using ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and job boards.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Sales or call-center recruiting background.
- A strong existing candidate network
- Experience hiring inside sales or outbound sales teams.
