The Role:As a
Customer Success Manager at Vizcom, you'll lead relationships with enterprise and high-growth design organizations, ensuring they achieve transformative outcomes with Vizcom. You'll work closely with design, innovation, and operations teams to help them scale adoption, measure creative impact, and implement Vizcom into their daily workflow.
While your focus will be on strategic accounts, you'll also bring a builder mindset-ready to roll up your sleeves and support smaller creative teams that are growing quickly. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that blends strategic partnership, consultative guidance, and program execution.
This role is remote within the United States, ideally based near New York or San Francisco.
How You'll Do It:- Own relationships with enterprise and growth customers-driving adoption, expansion, and long-term retention.
- Guide onboarding and change management across multi-team or global rollouts, ensuring Vizcom integrates seamlessly into existing workflows.
- Partner with design, product, and engineering leaders to identify goals, track outcomes, and build success stories that demonstrate business and creative value.
- Monitor account health and usage data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for deeper engagement.
- Lead renewal and expansion conversations in partnership with Sales, positioning Vizcom as an essential creative infrastructure tool.
- Develop scalable success frameworks-documenting best practices, playbooks, and training programs to accelerate adoption.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, advocating for new features, integrations, and experiences that drive creative impact.
- Collaborate with SMB customers who are early in their Vizcom journey, helping them build strong foundations for success.
What You'll Bring:- 3 - 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Enterprise Partnerships at a SaaS company-ideally in design, creative tech, or AI.
- Proven success managing and growing enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders and business units.
- Strong business acumen-you can connect creative adoption to tangible business outcomes and ROI.
- A strategic yet hands-on mindset: you can design a success plan for a global design org and also jump into onboarding calls when needed.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills-able to engage executives and creatives alike.
- Familiarity with creative software workflows (ex. Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Procreate) or design processes is a plus.
- Experience using success tools such as Vitally or Salesforce to manage accounts and track health metrics.
- A deep curiosity for design innovation and a genuine passion for empowering teams through creativity and technology.

Compensation:Our compensation is tiered by U.S. location to ensure equity across our remote team. We benchmark at the 75th percentile using industry-standard data sets (Carta, Pave). For this role, base salary and equity will be determined based on your zone:
- Zone 1 (e.g. SF, NYC, LA, Seattle): $120,000 - $160,000
- Zone 2 (e.g. Austin, Denver, Chicago, Philadelphia): $90,000 - $130,000
- Zone 3 (e.g. Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Kansas City): $80,000 - $105,000
The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, including experience, location, and other business considerations. The overall package described in this post applies to W2, U.S. based employees- final package will be determined by local requirements and employment laws and accessibility.
