Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA. As a Marketing Manager at perfectwhitetee, you will lead day-to-day marketing initiatives, develop and implement marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and oversee social media engagement to enhance brand awareness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze marketing analytics to measure performance, and contribute to driving business growth while fostering the company's brand identity. The hybrid nature of this role provides flexibility to work both onsite and remotely as needed.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Brand Development
- Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Content Creation
- Experience with Social Media Marketing and Community Engagement
- Strong Analytical Skills, including Data Interpretation and Performance Tracking
- Excellent Communication, Organization, and Leadership skills
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and marketing project management software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
- Experience in the fashion or apparel industry is an advantage
- Expertise in Asana a must
- Excellent storytelling and marketing brief writing skills
