Position OverviewWe’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative individual eager to start their career with a mission-driven food brand. The Sales & Operations Assistant will provide essential support to our Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to learn the ins and outs of a rapidly expanding consumer packaged goods company, with significant opportunity for growth.
Key Responsibilities- Support day-to-day sales operations, including customer communication, order entry, and tracking.
- Assist with logistics coordination — ensuring timely deliveries, accurate invoicing, and smooth operations.
- Maintain product and pricing information across customer systems and databases.
- Prepare sales materials, product samples, and presentations for customers, trade shows, and internal meetings.
- Support production and operations teams with data entry, reporting, and project coordination.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth team operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and production teams to drive growth and efficiency.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
