Mercedes-Benz USA Brand Experience Marketing/Brand Communication Junior Associate Consultant Overview and Responsibilities
This Junior Associate Consultant (JAC) will be a dynamic and detail-oriented contributor who supports the Branded Experience Marketing (BEM) team across a variety of high-profile initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury branding, motorsports, and experiential marketing, with a strong aptitude for logistics and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Support monthly fleet invoicing processes, including data validation, reconciliation, and coordination with internal finance teams.
- Manage F1 ticketing logistics for U.S.-based races, including allocation, distribution, and guest communications.
- Provide ad hoc support across BEM programs.
- Lifestyle: Brand Ambassadors, Hotel Program, Product Placements, Licenses, Pebble Beach
- Sports: Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Masters Tournament, other Sponsorships
- AMG Experience: On Track, On Road, IMSA, other Sponsorships
- Formula 1 & Product: F1 US Races
- Assist with vendor communications, budget tracking, and internal reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, PR, and event teams to ensure seamless execution of branded experiences.
Qualifikationen
Required Qualifications:
- Recently graduated with a Bachelor's Degree or enrolled in a Graduate program, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Available from January 2026 to December 2026
- Able to work a hybrid in-person schedule, up to 28 hours per week.
- Must provide proof of proficiency, such as a portfolio, recommendation letters, or relevant project experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Skillset
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with event planning, ticketing platforms, or invoicing systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with motorsports or luxury brand marketing is highly desirable.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
