The Role:
We’re seeking a Wholesale Sales Assistant to support sales operations and help drive growth across the B2B wholesale channel. You’ll work alongside the Senior Sales Manager, strengthen retail partnerships, and expand Reason’s reach with department stores, distributors, and specialty retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and executing wholesale sales strategies to hit revenue goals
• Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and retail buyers (Marmaxx, Ross, Burlington, etc.)
• Analyze sales data and trends to spot growth opportunities
• Support forecasting, reporting, and trade show prep
• Collaborate with marketing and product development on sales initiatives
• Represent the brand at industry events
• Track performance metrics and evaluate promotions/programs
What You’ll Bring:
• 1+ year in wholesale fashion sales (B2B preferred)
• Relationships with major apparel retailers/buying offices a strong plus
• Strong understanding of streetwear/fashion trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Data-savvy, organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
