DIPTYQUE, The Maison of Artistic Luxury has established itself as one of the leading, innovative brands in the home and personal fragrance market today. We are seeking an energetic, results-driven corporate sales VIEto develop our corporate sales business and new partnerships for brand visibility, notably in luxury retail and hospitality business segments. This is a unique and varied role in close partnership with B2B customers within the sales department of the Americas subsidiary.
Key Accountabilities :
- Achieve sales goals
- Ensure comprehensive account management of existing customers
- Identify new business opportunities with existing customers while improving the brand's level of service and reputation
- Identify and develop new opportunities with new customers
- Create and structure business proposals to target and land the deal
- Prepare and present performance analyses, market insights, and roadmaps to senior leadership.
- Contribute to the development of sales tools, proposals, and catalogues to support corporate business development.
- Build, review, and assist with completing reports to analyze performance and KPI’s of customers
- Collaborate with the retail teams on local strategies to develop potential customer business communities
- Effectively enter orders in a timely manner and ensure adequate stock levels are available to achieve 100% fill-rate
- Lead the ordering process from order entry to payments, invoicing, and order delivery follow-up, working closely with Logistics and Finance teams to ensure “best in class” customer service
- Work closely with Demand Planning to foresee, communicate, and monetize future business needs
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify all communication and public relations opportunities that support brand image and potential collaborations
Key Requirements :
This multi-tasking role will require you to prioritize and interact at all levels, be flexible and pleasant while maintaining an excellent level of customer service and effective administrative management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Experience in the luxury or consumer goods sector, with prior related experience.
- Ability to work independently with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Varied experience including account management and VIP customer management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Luxury sector experience
- Team player with can do attitude, being able to take initiative and find solutions
- Careful attention to detail and action oriented
- Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
- Understanding and experience in retail sales and commercial management which include productive B2B relationships
- Manage cultural differences with emotional intelligence
- Fluent English and French are a plus.
