DIPTYQUE, the Maison of Artistic Luxury, is a leading innovator in the home and personal fragrance market. We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Merchandising & UX VIE to partner with Digital, E-Commerce, CRM, Customer Care, and Retail teams to grow Diptyque’s presence across North America. This role focuses on curating compelling content, optimizing product merchandising, and enhancing the digital user experience to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Key Accountabilities :
Content & Storytelling :
- Develop and maintain high-quality, brand-aligned content across North American e-commerce sites.
- Optimize product pages, editorial features, imagery, storytelling, and promotional content to enhance discovery, engagement, and conversion.
- Collaborate with Sr Digital Manager to plan content campaigns and measure performance with actionable recommendations.
Merchandising & UX :
- Curate the online product assortment, ensuring strategic placement, pricing, and promotional visibility.
- Design and optimize the site layout, navigation, and user experience to drive engagement and seamless conversion.
- Partner with Retail Ops and HQ to implement omni-channel services and tailor content/merchandising for U.S. and Canadian markets.
Analytics & Optimization:
- Monitor KPIs for content, merchandising, and UX performance (traffic, conversion, AOV, engagement).
- Identify gaps in product presentation, content, or site experience and propose actionable improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with CRM to grow and activate the North American customer database through digital and in-store initiatives.
- Collaborate with logistics and customer care to ensure a seamless North American customer experience.
- Partner with marketing and retail teams to align campaigns, content, and merchandising strategies with local market preferences.
Key Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Merchandising, UX, Communications, or related field preferred
- Strong experience in e-commerce content, merchandising, and UX optimization
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Luxury sector experience, with a strong sense of brand storytelling and digital curation
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects across markets
- Hands-on experience with Magento, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate networks
- Ability to navigate cultural differences and collaborate effectively across North America
- Fluent English required ; French a plus
