About The Role
The eCommerce Growth & Merchandising Coordinator is a key player in driving growth and performance across Topps.com and FanaticsCollect.com. This role is responsible for the seamless execution of site merchandising, ensuring our platforms reflect product launches, seasonal campaigns, and marketing priorities. By analyzing customer behavior and site metrics, this position identifies opportunities to improve engagement and conversion. The Coordinator collaborates across Product, Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure our digital storefronts are optimized, visually compelling, and aligned with brand and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Accurately create and maintain product listings in the Product Information Management (PIM) system and eCommerce platforms (Shopify), including scheduled weekend product launches.
- Conduct daily quality assurance checks to ensure optimal site performance and customer experience.
- Troubleshoot and escalate operational issues by submitting and managing engineering tickets; validate resolutions before implementation.
- Merchandise category, homepage, and landing pages in alignment with business priorities, seasonal initiatives, and customer behavior insights.
- Monitor KPIs and customer interaction across product categories to identify trends and site optimization opportunities.
- Ensure product attributes, descriptions, and features are accurate and strategically positioned to support conversion.
- Partner with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling site content and storytelling that enhances the customer journey.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising and site management.
- Proficiency with eCommerce platforms (preferably Shopify) and content management tools.
- Understanding of performance metrics, A/B testing, and digital merchandising strategies.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with a strong focus on execution and optimization.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with Akeneo (PIM), product analytics tools, and Shopify is a plus.
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.

About The Team
Fanatics Collectibles is a new model and vision for the hobby, fundamentally changing the experience for current and future collectors, leagues, and players across many U.S. and international professional and college sports. The organization has long-term, exclusive rights to design, manufacture and distribute trading cards for several sports and entertainment properties, including MLB, MLBPA, the Premier League, MLS, UFC, Formula 1 as well as Disney, Marvel, Pixar, and Star Wars, among others. In January 2022, Fanatics Collectibles announced the acquisition of Topps, establishing the preeminent licensed trading card brand as the cornerstone of Fanatics’ trading cards and collectibles business, and jumpstarted its MLB and MLBPA rights to design, manufacture and distribute trading cards
