Sales Enablement Consultant
Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, NC with 50%+ travel
Compensation: Salary up to 95k
Role Overview:
Ferretti Search is excited to partner with a growing firm that is seeking their next Sales Enablement Consultant to support active client accounts and lead delivery for enablement and training engagements. This is a mid-level consulting role focused solely on managing and delivering existing client accounts. There is no responsibility for bringing in new business. This ideal candidate has two or more years of consulting, project management, professional services, or customer-facing delivery experience and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
- Manage active client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for clients across the US and Europe
- Lead delivery of client engagements including project plans, timelines, deliverables, and communication
- Facilitate in-person and virtual workshops, training sessions, and breakout discussions
- Coordinate with internal team members and subject matter experts
- Lead weekly status calls and prepare weekly project reports
- Customize client deliverables and incorporate feedback efficiently
- Participate in internal debriefs to support continuous improvement
- Support proposal development and internal process improvements
- Travel frequently for client delivery.
What We Are Looking For
- Two to four years of experience in consulting, project management, professional services, or enablement
- Strong communication, writing, and facilitation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in client-facing environments
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
- Proficiency with MS Office, Zoom, Slack, and Google Drive
- Charlotte based with the ability to work hybrid and travel up to 75%
