Global Consulting Firm is seeking a Financial Services Business Consultant to support client business and IT teams by analyzing operations, documenting processes, and delivering solutions that enhance business performance.
You will work under a Manager or Senior Manager to understand client operations, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document business processes, functional requirements, and system workflows
- Track project tasks, progress, risks, and issue resolution across workstreams
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
- Develop clear, concise process documentation for internal and client use
- Analyze business and technology solutions to improve efficiency and operational performance
- Support project managers with reporting and recommendations for business improvements
Qualifications
- 4–10 years of experience in financial services consulting or business operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or IT
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
- Japanese bilingual preferred
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel to client sites
