Legacy Builders Group is a full-service residential Design-Build firm known for high-end remodeling, outstanding client experience, and a collaborative, supportive team. We’re growing and adding a Project Lead to guide homeowners through the sales and early project development process.
About the Role
The Business Development / Project Lead guides homeowners through Legacy’s consultative sales process, helping them shape their remodeling vision with clarity and confidence. This role builds trusted relationships, aligns project goals with design and budget expectations, and secures design-build agreements that set projects up for success. You’ll partner closely with designers, estimators, and leadership to ensure a smooth, client-focused experience from first conversation to contract.
What You’ll Do
- Convert qualified leads through discovery calls, concept meetings, and contract reviews
- Guide clients with clear expectations, expert direction, and a consultative approach
- Strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and advocacy
- Partner with Designers, Estimators, and Leadership to ensure alignment on scope, design, and budget
- Maintain accurate CRM records and support improvements to the sales process
- Represent Legacy Builders with professionalism, integrity, and a client-first mindset
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of professional experience (high-end or consultative sales strongly preferred)
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and networking skills
- Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple client conversations at once
- Comfortable learning the design-build process and speaking confidently with homeowners
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- A sense of humor and a grounded, approachable personality
