Account Managers are primarily responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with Sons of Liberty Gun Works’ dealer network and other assigned accounts or relationships. This role supports the broader sales team by providing day-to-day customer service, product guidance, and operational support to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of SOLGW's product lines and brand standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
Dealer and Customer Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned dealers, departments, and direct customers.
- Assist with order entry, tracking, and post-sale follow-up to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to product inquiries, pricing requests, and inventory availability updates.
Sales & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned accounts through consistent communication and professionalism.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the product line.
- Ensure alignment with SOLGW’s MAP policy, product positioning, and dealer program requirements.
Administrative and CRM Tasks:
- Maintain accurate customer records, contact information, and activity logs.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and internal updates related to account performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support customer requirements, serving as internal point of contact for supporting dealer.
Brand Representation:
- Support the sales team at industry trade shows, events, and dealer trainings as needed.
- Stay informed of product developments, company updates, and changes in dealer policies.
- Uphold SOLGW’s reputation for service, integrity, and technical knowledge in every customer interaction.
This position is paid salary + commission.
