Quality Engineering - Software QA Engineer for our client in

Position Overview:
- A meticulous QA Engineer to test and ensure the quality of our Salesforce implementations and data cloud projects.
- The ideal consultant will focus on Salesforce Agentforce, Service Cloud Voice, Experience Cloud, and other upgrades, ensuring flawless functionality and user experience.
Pay Rate: $44.62/Hour.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud initiatives.
- Post-go-live optimization, Automation, adoption, and reporting
- Test upgrades to the Higher Logic community and other integrated systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects.
- Ensure all testing documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Leverage automated testing tools to improve testing efficiency.
- Track and report quality metrics to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in QA roles, preferably with Salesforce platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud testing processes.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Experience Cloud migrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize testing tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Higher Logic community upgrades.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks.
