Bangers Snacks is expanding fast in the CPG market, and we’re looking for a full-time teammate who can keep up with the pace of a real startup. This role blends sales, territory management, and day-to-day operational support. You’ll help drive revenue, keep our supply chain moving, and learn the inside mechanics of a company scaling nationwide.
This is a full-time, all-in role for someone who wants to be part of building something new and fast. You’ll learn sales, operations, and supply chain from the inside while helping us scale across the country.
What You’ll Do
Sales and Market Expansion
• Pitch and place Bangers into local retailers nationwide
• Build relationships with corporate buyers and decision-makers
• Take full ownership of outreach, follow-ups, and closing deals
Operations and Supply Chain Support
• Work closely with leadership on sourcing, logistics, and production tasks
• Learn the full supply chain: vendors, freight, manufacturing, warehousing
• Assist with cost tracking, efficiency improvements, and supplier coordination
• Support internal systems that keep the product flowing to customers

We Offer
- Compensation: Fixed rate of $5,000 per month (full-time) + commission.
- Housing: Shared, subsidized housing provided in Hayward, Bay Area, located just 15 minutes from our manufacturing facility (living under the same roof as others is preferred).
