Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Marketing Specialist with a focus on Lead Generation to join our powersports sales team. This role is ideal for a creative professional passionate about developing compelling digital campaigns, engaging audiences across multiple platforms, and driving measurable growth. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads. Experience with SEO, analytics tools, and graphic design is highly desirable to support our integrated marketing efforts.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Manage daily social media activities including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement
- Create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, and photography that will stop someone's scrolling
- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize ROI. Then capture the lead and ensure a smooth handoff to our sales team.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and customers to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Skills
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of social media platforms’ algorithms and best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools
- Experience with video editing software for creating engaging multimedia content.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and content optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with social listening tools and social media management applications
- Strong understanding of Facebook Advertising campaigns and digital advertising strategies.
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content quality assurance.
- Ability to analyze data insights to refine marketing strategies effectively.
- Strong relationship management skills for engaging with influencers, customers, and partners.

Pay: $16.00 - $28.15 per hour
