Position: Assistant Designer
Objective: To support the Creative Director in developing a unique brand identity by contributing to all aspects of design and creative endeavors, ensuring timely and accurate communication with the production managers at the overseas factories, and providing additional support to align the brand for success within a small team environment.
Daily Operations:
•Participate in all design phases, including creating apparel CADs, technical packs (TPs), and fabric repeat prints.
•Record fit specs for samples and production to maintain design execution consistency.
•Maintain constant communication with overseas factories to ensure adherence to design specifications and timely product delivery.
•Undertake graphic design tasks for lookbooks, websites, and social media platforms.
•Coordinate model castings and organize fashion shoots.
•Capture and edit images in Photoshop for website use and lookbooks.
•Assist in the creative development of weekly email blasts.
•Prepare presentation boards for collaborative partners.
Skills:
Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop for design work.
Understanding of garment fit and technical specifications.
Basic photography skills for image editing and content creation.
Familiarity with basic Excel for tracking and organization.
