As an AT&T Brand Representative, you’ll work in person at retail locations across the Independence area, engaging directly with shoppers to understand their needs, explain service options, and guide them to the right AT&T solutions.
What You’ll Do as an entry-level AT&T Brand Representative
As a Brand Representative, you’ll be a key player on our sales team, helping us connect customers with the best AT&T products and services. No two days are the same! You’ll be:
- Represent AT&T through direct, face-to-face customer service and sales campaigns in retail environments, showcasing AT&T’s latest wireless solutions while embodying the professionalism and trust the brand is known for.
- Engage with customers in retail settings and community events, initiating conversations to promote AT&T’s telecommunications products and services while creating a friendly, informative, and memorable customer experience.
- Educate potential customers on AT&T plans, promotions, and benefits by understanding their individual needs and recommending personalized solutions that improve their connectivity and lifestyle.
- Provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the interaction, from first contact to account setup, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving brand awareness, loyalty, and new acquisitions.
- Monitor market trends and gather customer feedback to help the team identify opportunities for improvement, refine sales strategies, and strengthen the overall customer engagement approach.
- Collaborate closely with the AT&T Brand Representative team to brainstorm, develop, and implement creative marketing and outreach tactics that align with AT&T’s brand vision and support ongoing business growth.
AT&T Brand Representative Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable, coachable, and ready to take on new challenges.

Base Pay: $47,231.12 - $52,211.51 per year
