Recruiter — PACE Engineering

Role: Recruiter
In this role, you’ll focus on identifying top talent, connecting with candidates, and helping PACE’s clients scale their teams. This is a great role for someone looking to build a career in recruiting, talent acquisition, or people operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Source, identify, and engage top candidates across AI, Robotics, HPC, and Software Engineering
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer and onboarding
- Share insights about PACE and our clients in a clear, approachable way
- Track market trends and talent movement to identify opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated to learn and grow in recruiting and account management
- Comfortable with outreach, candidate engagement, and pipeline management
- Interested in developing expertise in client-facing recruitment and team growth
PACE Offers a base salary plus fully uncapped commission.
On-Target Earnings (OTE):
Year 1: $65,000–$75,000
Year 2: $75,000–$100,000
Year 3: $100,000–$150,000+
Top performers can exceed these targets with uncapped earning potential.
