What You Will Be Doing
This role blends technical, operational, and creative responsibilities. You’ll be trained, and then expected to perform at a high level.
Google Ads
- Optimize existing campaigns
- Improve performance through data-driven changes
- Track conversions and report on ROI
Podcast Operations
- Follow established SOPs to book high-quality guests for Escaping the Drift
- Manage outbound outreach to get me booked on other shows
- Maintain the entire pipeline and keep it moving weekly
Systems & Technology
Become the power user inside our core platforms:
- Rechat
- Lofty
- Other internal systems
You will troubleshoot, fix issues, train agents, build workflows, and keep everything running smoothly.
Marketing & Creative
- Build graphics, ads, thumbnails, and branded content
- Assist with social media posting, captions, and scheduling
- Support marketing across multiple businesses
Operations & Admin
- Weekly in-office tasks supporting multiple companies
- Calendar, follow-up, and general admin responsibilities
- Handling fast-moving priorities and unexpected challenges
