We’re expanding and looking for a driven, organized, and creative Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team part-time in our Summerlin office.
What You’ll Do
This role blends sales outreach and creative marketing perfect for someone who loves real estate, social media, and personal growth. You’ll work directly with the team lead to:
- Manage and post content across social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) with the right hashtags, captions, and SEO optimization
- Create short-form video content from footage already shot (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
- Write and publish blog posts to improve website traffic and Google ranking
- Use our Lofty CRM to organize leads, follow up with clients, and make outbound calls
- Reach out to homeowners and potential clients to set appointments
- Upload and optimize YouTube videos (titles, tags, thumbnails, and descriptions)
- Occasionally assist with new content shoots
- Pull bi-weekly ad spend data and organize reports for review
You’ll play a direct role in helping grow the business both through client conversions and digital visibility.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who’s:
- Confident, professional, and comfortable talking on the phone
- Passionate about marketing, real estate, and sales
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Creative with social media, video editing, and branding
- Skilled in Canva, CapCut, Captions, or similar tools
- Familiar with SEO, hashtags, and engagement strategies (a big plus!)
- Experienced with CRM systems (Lofty, Chime, or HubSpot preferred)
- Bonus: Background or education in real estate, sales, communications, or marketing
Compensation & Schedule
- $22/hour + potential bonuses
- 16 hours per week (Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM)
- In-office position located in Summerlin, Las Vegas, NV
- Long-term growth opportunity to transition into a Marketing or Sales Manager role as the team expands
