Position Overview
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Global Public Relations Intern will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of global communications initiatives. This dynamic role encompasses tasks related to global editorial coverage, strategy planning, and overall exposure of the Tiffany & Co. brand. Projects will include communications strategy planning support, competitive analysis, and global coverage reporting. The intern will actively contribute to the success of communications programs and gain valuable experience in public relations.
Key Accountabilities:
Global Reporting and Analytics:
- Assist in pulling metrics for PR recaps from media monitoring platforms including Cision, DMR and Critical Mention.
- Clip PR coverage and circulate key articles.
- Compile PR coverage highlights for weekly internal newsletter.
- Distribute daily press report to internal distribution list.
Support overall PR strategy discussions:
- Participate in brainstorming upcoming launch strategies.
- Involved with updating communications and presentation materials:
- Assist with updating editorial target lists and strategy documents for upcoming initiatives.
- General PR on-site support during initiatives and event.
Competitive analysis of brand initiatives:
- Analyze client competitors and industry trends for key launches (i.e. campaigns, strategic programs).
Required Qualifications:
- Strong interest in communications/public relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of organization with experience working on multiple projects concurrently.
- Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program or 2025 graduate
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a communications/PR internship role.
Salary:
Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.
