Investor Relations Associate – Remote
Please note: This is a remote role; however, candidates must be within driving distance of Dallas (approximately 1.5 hours or less) for occasional in-person meetings. Attendance at these meetings is at the employee’s discretion, and any associated travel expenses will be the responsibility of the employee.
Compensation
- Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000 (salary must be commensurate with experience level – 2/3yrs $70-80k
- OR 3-5yrs $80-90k)
- Bonus: No separate bonus structure

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, marketing and sales-focused professional to join our Investor Relations team. This role involves building relationships with targeted investors, pitching client stories, and supporting senior team members in securing appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to targeted investors (warm leads provided)
- Identify and qualify investor prospects
- Assist in pitching client stories and securing meetings for senior leadership
- Follow up with investors post-meeting to gather feedback and track engagement
- Manage a high volume of phone calls and relationship-building activities
- Maintain accurate records of investor interactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, investor relations, or financial services
- Strong knowledge of capital markets (stocks, investment community, Wall Street)
- Preferred backgrounds:
- Investor Relations experience at a publicly traded company
- Financial advisory or wealth management roles (e.g., Edward Jones)
- Excellent communication and follow-through skills
- Outgoing, personable, and confident on the phone
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fully remote environment
